Dr. Ratika is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics and a passionate educator and researcher. A University Gold Medalist in M.Sc. and college topper in B.Sc., she completed her Ph.D. in evolutionary and swarm intelligence–based optimization algorithms. She has published in reputed Elsevier, Springer, and Scopus-indexed journals and received the M.P. Young Scientist Award. Her teaching and research interests include algebra, analysis, topology, and nature-inspired computing, with a strong focus on academic excellence and student mentorship.
