Janardhana Naidu Kola is director of business intelligence at ADP, where he leads enterprise analytics, data governance and executive decision-support initiatives supporting business operations and national carrier and broker partner networks. Over more than 15 years in enterprise analytics leadership, he has focused on the disciplines that enable responsible AI adoption, including data governance, predictive analytics and enterprise decision intelligence. He has published peer-reviewed research on decision intelligence frameworks, enterprise risk and revenue optimization, and has received international recognition in data analytics.
Janardhana is an active member of several international professional organizations and contributes to the advancement of enterprise technology through conference leadership, technical program committees, peer review for international journals, judging, and invited speaking engagements. He holds three master's degrees in computer science and business, with a specialization in organizational management. His work focuses on enterprise business intelligence, enterprise data architecture, decision intelligence, and helping organizations build trusted, AI-ready data foundations for executive decision-making.
